Due to business expansion, Hyspec are looking for an individual for the above position.
Purpose of the Role:
To assist Project Managers in managing sales orders from point of order to delivery.
Duties will include:
• Process Sales Orders – enter new sales orders on to company MRP system. To include downloading and saving drawings and bills of materials.
• Generating manufacturing routes.
• Preparing job packs for contract review.
• Raising Sub – Contract Purchase Orders.
• Preparing Job Packs for Manufacturing.
• Customer Updates.
• Filing Job Packs.
• Dealing with Telephone enquiries.
• Support planning of customer visits, arranging refreshments, hotels and lunches
Knowledge / Experience:
• Computer Literate in MS Office.
• Experience of working in Engineering Sub-Contract Environment.
• Experience in using MRP systems. Preferably Emax.
• Experience of dealing with customers and sub-contractors.
• Experience of accurate data input.
